1 General Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the zwin platform and all its services. When you create an account on zwin or use the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. Any claims made after registering without reading or understanding these Terms will not be accepted.

2 Eligibility and Membership
The following conditions must be met to register as a member on zwin:
- The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
- Each person may create only one account.
- You must register using your correct and true identity.
- Keeping account details secure is entirely the member's responsibility.
- Operating an account on behalf of another person is not allowed.
If the information provided at registration is found to be false or misleading, zwin reserves the right to close that account at any time and forfeit the balance held in it.
2.1 Identity Verification
To maintain security on zwin and ensure the platform operates properly, members may be asked to verify their identity at any time. A national identity card or equivalent document may be requested for verification. If the required documents are not provided in time, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
3 Account Management
3.1 Login and Security
Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone. zwin is not responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account. If you notice suspicious activity, contact the support team immediately.
3.2 Account Suspension or Closure
zwin may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of the Terms.
- Creating multiple accounts.
- Misuse of the bonus system.
- Evidence of manipulation or fraudulent activity.
- Suspicion of money laundering or financial irregularities.
3.3 Closing Your Account Yourself
Members may request to close their account at any time via live chat or email. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance before the account is closed; however, any bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on zwin is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Only deposits from an account registered in the member's own name are accepted. Funds sent through a third party will be returned and the account may be subject to investigation.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, and must be sent to the member's own number.
Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete. zwin reserves the right to review any suspicious withdrawal request.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; before withdrawing, you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- A bonus applies only to the member in whose name the account is registered.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can be withdrawn only after the wagering requirements are met.
- Bonuses will be cancelled in cases of multiple accounts or multiple registrations from the same device or network.
- zwin reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers for specific reasons.
5.3 VIP Program
Regular members can advance through three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold. This cashback is calculated on the weekly net loss. zwin reserves the right to change the details of VIP benefits.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zwin platform:
- Using bots, automated software, or scripts to conduct betting or gameplay.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using dishonest methods to avoid bonus terms.
- Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
- Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
- Attempting to damage the platform's security or technical infrastructure.
If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.
7 Data Protection and Privacy

Member information is not transferred to third parties; however, it may need to be shared with relevant authorities in the event of a legal obligation or fraud investigation.
8 Responsible Gaming
zwin believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed in moderation. If any member feels that gaming is having a negative effect on their personal or financial life, they can set limits on their account.

9 Service Disruptions and Technical Issues
Services may be temporarily disrupted due to server issues, maintenance, or other technical reasons. zwin will attempt to give advance notice in such situations, but this may not always be possible.
If a technical error affects the outcome of a bet, zwin reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake. Winnings based on erroneous odds or results will not be paid under any circumstances.
10 Changes to Terms
zwin reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. When changes are made, an update will be published on this page and members will be notified as far as possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
